Fantastic location, extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Would have been nice to either have a coffee and tea station in the room or the one they have in the morning in the lobby open all day since we were there in January.

The room was one of the most spacious I ever been into a hotel (double queen with fireplace). Felt very comfortable with two teenagers. I loved the fact that there were trained staff to start the fire in the fireplace. I also loved the fact that the water was free! The location was amazing, lovely to walk around. Also, the staff were always smiling, happy and ready to help. Just a good vibe overall.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like per say, there was no coffee or tea available to make in the room, but I would take the free water anytime over coffee :). Also the first morning, we slept in as we were tired from arriving late at night. Not sure if there is a certain time until housekeeping works, but noticed that if we stayed till mid day in the room, it was not cleaned. I could have probably requested to be cleaned, but it didn’t bother us if a day was missed.

The most beautiful hotel! Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent value for money.
