Your representative emailed me saying there was bike storage - there is no such thing at this location. The host was helpful and let me know this is an issue with poor communication coming from booking.com and not the hostel itself (which was great). Don't lie to customers.
It was in a beautiful stunning quiet location ALL the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful The hostel was very clean and very comfortable to stay in
amazing place. in the middle of nowhere, near to some nice hike routes
you should know that there is no official way to get to the hostel by public transport. you have to ask driver of the bus which go to Johnston Canyon or find someone. on the back way bus don`t will stop at the hostel neither railways near, so need to expect that sometimes you will hear trains. only one charger in reception room for all devices, didn`t understand why they didn`t put it to dorm but whatever
Nice location, easy to reach but secluded enough to escape the crowds. Serviceable kitchen and washrooms/showers, and an outdoor fireplace that's close but not too close to the main building. Friendly staff and patrons. They've added WiFi relatively recently. Given the alternatives in the area, the price/quality ratio of this and other hostels in the Rockies is automatically quite good, so take that into account when interpreting their ratings.
Train passes close by, so you'll definitely hear it.
A cosy and clean place. I love to visit here.

The common room was awesome and the kitchen is very well equiped.
The beds make a lot of noise when someone moves or wakes up.
with all lodging been so expensive in the area in peak season, this is a wonderful place to stay for one or few night for small group especially solo traveler. location is great and very close to few trailheads if you are a hiker. shower is really clean and laundry on site is a big plus with only CAN5 per wash/dry.
bedroom door make noise with every opening which kept waking me up all night with people going to the bathroom throughout the night.
