Location was excellent and the staff especially in the Fairmont Gold were excellent

The advertisement on booking.com was not as described regarding the Fairmont gold upgrade. Booking.com advertised with evening cocktails, however this was not available from the hotel

Ultra overpriced for its poor quality The beach seen in the photos is 30 mins drive, what a trap Adjacent hotels with similar quality are 70% more cheaper, this hotel is the biggest trap I have ever seen and worst I have ever stayed

When I get into the room, none of the phones and AC were not working. I could not even find something to eat as I arrived late and in-room phone not responding. Hotel shows itself like a beach hotel but the hotel beach is 30 mins drive. Adjacent hotels with similar quality are 70% cheaper, yes, really 70% cheaper. There is always room at booking.com but the hotel always says we are fully booked and charging high price.

The hotel was excellent, they assisted us with every question asked, offered extra services, provided shelter and extra facilities during hurricane Lee

Weve had a wonderful time so no complaints.
