Service is immaculate. Breakfast is pricy but well worth it.
There is no shower at the beach.
"My stay at this hotel was marred by an unpleasant incident. On the third day of my stay, as I returned late at night, I was denied access to my room due to a payment error with my credit card. Not only was this very stressful, but I was also treated with a lack of consideration that does not align with the level of customer service expected in such a establishment. Fortunately a friend of mine, lend me her credit cart, without her, I should have splet in the lobby ! This attitude goes against their own values, which state that one should treat others as they would like to be treated. Despite the politeness of the staff, this incident left a bitter taste and tarnished my overall experience. I hope that the management will take steps to prevent such situations from happening again in the future." It was clearly a fault from their part they tried to debit almost 27000 E ( see picture)
Great location, service and restaurants.
We have visited and stayed at the hotel a couple of times, but they seem to never track it, never offered an upgrade acknowledge that we are returning guests.
Everything
No
I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.
Nothing to complain
