To have a complete, spacious, modern one bedroom apartment so close to the downtown area of the city for the price was an outstanding value. Being on the sixth floor meant the noise level was not bad, and all parts of the city are accessible within minutes by inexpensive mass transit. The WiFi and TV services were excellent. And the Mint House staff were all friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very clean, but cleaning staff did not come in during my three night stay. The TV was only in the living room and not the bedroom. This was not really a problem; I used my tablet in the bedroom.

I liked that it is: -modern, spacious & stylish -exceptionally clean -historically interesting -located near activities in the city -the bedroom thoughtfully included black-out shades & ear plugs

I didnt like that: -there is NO on-site parking, so guests with cars are directed to park at a garage 5 blocks away & walk back to the hotel -my electronic door lock malfunctioned so that I was locked out & had to get Maintenance assistance to let me back in (at midnight) -its located in an area of questionable safety -the bed was hard, so I did not sleep well

It was a great location

It was very noisy with the nightclub next door and the pounding music.

We absolutely loved the room.
