The bed was comfortable
Property did not respond to my message on how to get the airport shuttle. Had to call to find out once I arrived. Couldnt get the tv to work. Tried calling the front desk to ask and my call wasnt picked up, nor did they call back Bathroom shower gel and Lotion containers were pretty much empty The room was humid and the air was heavy with an odd smell The AC unit was old and LOUD

The carpet inside the elevator, walkways , and inside the room was dirty and has bad smell. The dining room of breakfast not Hygienic as some geusts bring pets(dog) to dinning hall and the front desk refuesed to put notice telling the guests that pets are prohibited in human dinning plac.

I liked the breakfast that was included. I really appreciated the airport shuttle to and from the airport.
It was a very pleasant stay considering I was stranded in Washington because of weather. It wasn’t my choice, but the hotel was very accommodating and helpful. I asked for a few out of the ordinary things and the staff was wonderful.
