The room was spacy with a big bathroom, the view was also ok. Close to airport.
The hotel was too old with on going repair on site, definitely not a 500-600 usd per night price range , from my experience hotels with price range of 200-250 usd is close to this hotel quality and service. The staff did not really try to welcome you as much as many hawaiian hotels do, and probabaly any thing u wanted to do comes with an additional cost. The breakfast quality is poor relative to the overall cost.
The walk out room to the pool was amazing and the pool was pure luxury. Having the beach right there to walk out to was so convenient as well as having restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would 100% stay here again. So highly recommended!
The breakfast is a bit expensive. Some information about the restaurants' location is confusing. The location is great.
The property is very large, giving lots of room for lounging, swimming, walking etc. Close to 4/5 nearby stores which was nice to get appropriately priced snacks and drinks Close to the airport and beach Staff were friendly
In terms of value for money, this hotel didn’t feel like I received that. All food and drinks within the hotel grounds were priced extremely high for their service. Breakfast costed us around $40 PER PERSON for a mediocre meal which immediately made us hesitant for dining there at night. It felt as though despite paying a high amount for the hotel itself at around $600 a night, nothing apart from the actual room was included. The hotel was also under renovation in places making the visual appeal shown on the booking photos false as parts of the hotel were blocked off, closed or covered in scaffold. Overall spending almost $3000 for 5 nights just for a room wouldn’t be justifiable for me to stay there again.
Pools, location, food, beach, bar!
Elevator and hallway noise permeated into room.
I liked the facility and the resort. Location was close to airport and we could find stores close by for shopping. I didn’t like that I couldn’t see the sunset from our hotel but I guess that was my fault for not checking before hand. I also didn’t like that we paid extra for ocean view room and when I got to the room I had a partial view to the ocean, that was a false advertising in my opinion. The room was clean but we kept running out of shower supplies.. so I would suggest to provide more supplies because people keep showering daily or maybe twice per day depending on activities of the day. Especially the rooms with kids.
Finding parking spot in the back was so hard. The other parking was too far from our room. Breakfast options were too limited. Spa was too expensive and during the outdoor massage the construction was going on .. at least we should have gotten some discount because of the noise that caused since it wasn’t too relaxing.
