The food and different restaurants were first class for an all inclusive.

The hotel that set up a huge wedding right below our room and the music was nightclub loud.

AVOID THIS RESORT AT ALL COSTS!! The service and hospitality is terrible here. Every single staff person that works here is rude and unhelpful. Its like theyve been trained to say no and charge you for everything.Everything is no for them!

Not value for money . Check in was terrible and painful , lack of customer service . Booked 2 identical rooms and we were given different rooms one with no view one with a view. Hotel didnt seem to care

Value for money , service , rooms are tired

I loved my room, except for the bed. TOOO HARD. I loved the food and the food options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful.

We went fishing and were told that we could store our processed fish in the hotel freezer - when we brought it back .. they told us they are not allowed to put it in the freezer. I did not like the bed - VERY HARD.

took forever to get our rooms after arrival. vegetarian/vegan options were very limited. half the restaurants were closed on friday night. we were never informed about this closure. The property seemed under staffed which directly affected service :(

Average at best but certainly NOT worth the price per night. Will never go back.

Overpriced, overcrowded, unprepared / underprepared for the amount of guests.

The food was awful. The staff didn't know what they were doing. The alcohol was terrible.
