My room was clean and had everything I needed. It was only one block away from the Convention Center. Very convenient location . It took some walk to the French Quarter. It would be wonederful if additional sound insulation for the room could be addeded.
You have to hold the door carefully while closing the door to avoid the loud noise from door closing.
The rooms were nice
The workers were extremely mean and I had to wait 2 hours to check into my room although check in was at 3
The staff was great and my room was very clean
I have no complaints
The front desk personnels were very pleasant!
At 9:40am a male housekeeper unlocked my door walked in my room and asked if I was checking out.
The location is good and so the people
The breakfast options for Muslims are very limited.
Not much.
I forgot my insulin syringe and a stainless-steel bottle with freezer pack (to store insulin while I am traveling) in the room refrigerator. I remembered it after I went to the airport past TSA check point. I tried to call the hotel at least 30 times and the line was continuously busy. When I reached DFW from MSY, I called again and finally someone answered. They put me on hold and said there is nothing in the refrigerator! Someone cleaning the room decided to take it! It is unbelievable that Hilton Garden Inn staff would take someone's medication and storage container.
