Bad
Because the stuffed up my booking from payment to no payment I am giving this hotel a no go. Booking.com blames the hotel and the hotel blames booking.com. This is a huge stuff up from all Parties and with booking.com using this AI technology to speak to a human it makes it more difficult
The way things got resolved is something apparently only the manager could do. Are these checkin staff only baby sitters. Make the question doesn’t it
This hotel is a catfish.
The staff were friendly.
The room was dated and dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and the bathroom was tiny. The room was a landlord special with everything painted over. There was chipped paint in the bathroom and sketchy wiring in the rooms.

I love the 24hr pool and breakfast. I love that the pool and breakfast staff helpful.
One of my rooms had a bug infestation and the situation was not handled properly.

It's an absolutely fabulous place...
From start to finish. Customer service at the front desk was magnificent, absolutely fabulous. The room was big, comfortable, and so clean, and I enjoyed the easy access to our rooms from our parking spot, really good parking. I almost forgot to mention the FREE breakfast by the pool side. The food choices were mind blowing.The The location is so convenient, from ice cream to clothing, in just a few minutes away. I will make this my go-to from this trip forward.

Hotel is old, run down, needs repair and updating. Lady at check in was not pleasant at all. She didn't care about anything we asked her. USB ports in room did not work. I could go on....
