KielIt is nice and clean
No elevator
Very close to downtown
We had a lot of carry-on and got a room on 3rd floor with no elevator. I think I skipped that info I'm afraid..
Check out was at 11:00, I left the room at 10:00, but asked the reception if I can spend two hours in the lobby, but she kindly refused telling me that she has to clean around, this was funny but also annoying...:/.
Very close to the station. Very friendly staff. It is very basic but is okey for a short stay.
There is no lift, so carrying luggage is an issue if you are at the top floor. The desk and table look very worn and unclear if they were clean.
I liked the friendly staff and the fair price.
I arrived late and I got access to my room through the main door and lobby, which was not supposed to be unlocked at that time. When I realized it, I worried the whole night that someone could break-in and steal something. Luckily nothing happened, but I wasn't able to lock the door. It is not a negative, but maybe the staff should take extra precautions to lock the doors every night.
