Clean, comfortable bed.

First room toilet wouldn’t flush. They moved me. Hot water was out for an entire day, the water after it was fixed wasn’t very hot, my microwave was broken, said they send a new microwave, they didn’t bother doing that. Key cards to enter my room didn’t work and had to be reset at the counter every single day multiple times adding to the frustration of the stay. These are the basics of running a hotel and that couldnt get them right. Front desk attendants this young man in particular had a attitude when I would come to front desk and ask for things I shouldn’t have to ask for.

That the AC and the TV worked. Close to lots of restaurants and you can have pizza delivered to the room. There was a working fridge in the room.

There was hair in the shower, toothpaste on the mirror and on the counter next to the toilet. There was stuff all over the cloth that was covering the box spring. And the whole hotel smelled like marijuana. We paid extra for a couch with a pullout that did not come with any sheets or blankets to use.

Cracks/peeling on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, no safe, rips in the blankets, banging on windows, eggs tasted like they were left out for days, had our room card cancelled 2-3times because they tried saying we were minors and didn’t pay, none of the vending machines worked, only 1 treadmill worked and it was broken at the top, non stop dogs barking etc

Very clean

We asked for more towels and never received them :(
