Very comfortable beds, clean room, spacious, the breakfast was amazing-so many choices. We needed to be close to the Tacoma Dome and it was out the front door.
TV was fuzzy but we didn't watch it much.
Next to Tacoma dome
No elevator, did not provide what we booked for, bathroom light did not work.
The location was great, right next to the Tacoma dome and near the greater Tacoma dome convention center where our event was.
BROKEN ELEVATOR! They did notify us before our reservation the elevator was broken, but we decided to keep our reservation and thought it may not be too bad. We were wrong, it was terrible! We were on the fifth floor and it was my small daughter and I, and it was literally the scariest stairwell we had to walk up and down to get to our room and to the parking garage and it was exhausting. We didn’t have a remote for our tv at first, the water pressure in the toilet was extremely low. There was a pile of trash bags on the fifth floor in a room connecting the stairwell to the hall. Every time we opened the door we would hold our breath because it was really smelly in that room. Worst $300 we spent:(
The staff were nice and beds were comfortable.
The elevators didn’t work, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet so when you sat you touched the porcelain bowl part. The tv didn’t work and the fire detector was ripped out of the wall (there was sprinklers in the room). The wallpaper is the bathroom was pealing and the shower had this weird faucet handle. There were garbage bags of linens scattered throughout the hallways.
Breakfast buffet was decent.
Booked room that can hold 4 guess. After going up 4 flights of stairs with bags due to the elevator being broken for apparently the last several months our key cards to our rooms weren't programmed. No sheet, no pillows for pull-out bed. My wife asked front desk for some when we were headed out for our evening and returned and still nothing was delivered. Brown water came out of the sink more than once. Cable signal was all fuzzy on the TV for all channels.
Locked underground garage
Elevator not working, had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor via the emergency stairwell. This was not told to us until after we arrived and paid for our stay. Water ran brown at first. No hair dryer. Tv/cable was terrible, very staticky. Paying regular price for less accommodation that weren’t available.
The staff were really nice. She was very conversant and approachable. Both elevators were not working and the entire 2nd floor of the hotel is under renovation. The staff told us they were supposed to call us a week before our trip to inform us about the elevators. We did not get any calls so the staff was apologetic and upgraded us to a suite on the 3rd floor ◡̈ Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast options were very limited. It was waffles, eggs and sausages and thats it
