My granddaughter was stuck in Tacoma with no money and no place to stay. I reserved her a room as I live 3 hours away and it was late and I planned to pick her up the next morning. When she got to your hotel, you would not allow her to check in because I wasn't there with my card. My grandson ended up having to drive 3 hours to get her in the middle of the night and you still charged my credit card for the room after not allowing her to stay.
I like the breakfast option and how close it is located to everything. I also like the hospitality from the checkin and during check out.
Sadly they were doing construction while we were there and during the time we were trying to sleep around 8am and 9pm we could here the construction still going. The faucet in our room was not sealed in so it would move around and the water was not very hot or warm. We also were not able to use the wifi because we couldn't find the name for the wifi.

The toilet handle kept breaking and I had to fix it

Picture on TV was horrible, toilet ran all night cards weren't activated. And I felt like I was bothering the hostess
