Everything!
We were not sure what to do in one day in Toronto. We met a worker there, his name was Ben, he gave us some directions what to do on the day we were there, and where to get good food. We had a wonderful time met all expectations.
Location was great. Convenient to Toronto Pearson International Airport. Hotel has water views. On site amenities are top tier with several restaurants to choose from. Staff were accommodating and the hotel is very clean. Definitely a luxurious stay!
I stayed during cold season with high winds off the adjacent waterfront. While the blackout shade and screen were functional, I'd consider drapes on windows to keep the draft out.
For what you have to pay I was expecting more. The food was expensive and wasn't even good. You have to pay for parking which I could understand for valet but not regular parking. The room was good, but not what I was expecting for the price. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
Food, parking, no ice machine or microwave and the parking.
The staff and facilities were exceptional.
Room service took a very long time as there was not enough staff. There was an event in the evening and many were ordering food late. Another staff member would have helped your night shift service go swifter and smoother. The staff member who was working was excellent, however he could have used some help.
