The room wasn’t what we expected, in fact it was better, it was extremely nice inside it made me feel at home! I loved it so much I purchased an additional nights stay!

The room was everything didn’t get to go to the lazy river because of the cold weather.

The arcade didn’t have the business hours on display at the island by north village. We got to the arcade just after 7:30pm and it was closed. Which was a bummer for our 10 year old who was there celebrating her birthday. There were no signs any where that we could find where we could see the business hours. Either way what arcade is closed at 7:30 pm?

I loved the room The pillows and blankets were so warm and cozy I loved you could fiddle with the thermometer and have it as cold or warm as you'd like The amenities on site were so fun love river island we plan to come back in February for a longer stay to really enjoy the amenities

The staff were a bit rude and I really do get it we didn't get in until about 830 and we waited about 45 minutes in the line but that's normal so I can't imagine how many people they'd seen all day but I did greet them with a positive attitude and still was treated rudely The rooms downstairs in the same building as reservations is SCARY AF it's like being in a horror movie if you scream no one's gonna help you or hear you Our room wasn't right a nice room but wasn't what I booked then I had to go back upstairs it took us 30 minutes just to find the room waited my turn got the same ladies that helped me the first time, had to have a manager come over to help and when I greeted him he ignored me for the ten minutes he was at her computer and just looked at her and left it was a little shocking to say the least. I had to get new keys bracelets and when I went over to get them activated I waited another 10 to 15 minutes just to be told that they were already activated when they could clearly see me walk over there and didn't say anything. Then when I thanked the staff for helping me get the right room she said nastily that I had been upgraded HOW DO YOU GET UPGRADED FROM SOMETHING YOU WEREN'T GIVEN IN THE FIRST PLACE
