Location, comfort and facilities. Coffee in the private garden is lovely and it was a delight to see the resident cat!
The only complaint was not being able to find a clean, set up table for breakfast. The staff are lovely and very friendly but maybe need some more support to quickly clear and set the tables between guests.
Beautiful hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Easy to get to the main attractions (square/pyramid). Spectacular bathrooms. Pool is awesome.
For American guests- the AC system is old and just barely making it in the summer. The room will eventually cool off. And you will have this issue in 90% of Albania, honestly.
