Le Pavillon New Orleans a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

It’s a beautiful hotel with all of the amenities that make it special. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly.

Rooms are beautifully decorated but rather small.

The pool didn’t have any water in it and we booked for the pool not sure if permanently closed or under construction

The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. The bar staff were also friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, spacious and quiet. It had everything I needed. I also arranged a late check out which staff were more than happy to accommodate. The location was excellent as it was walking distance from Canal Street, Bourbon Street and the Superdome.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel or the location.

Booking.com and the hotel are not properly sharing information. We paid for a package that included breakfast, but the hotel had no record of it. It took some time to prove our booking details. The hotel also uses a voucher system for meals — $25 per person, and there is no info regarding that. The reservation was made for three people, but they refused to provide a meal for the child, even though it was already paid for. It left us with a very bad experience, having to argue and prove what package we had booked and paid for first thing in the morning. Parking is also extra 51$+ tax.
