Grand Hotel Flora

The lobby was beautiful and the pool area was nice.

The shower was terrible. The door didn't close and it was very moldy. We requested a higher floor and were on floor 2. We also upgraded to a view of the sea and that was ridiculous because you couldn't barely see it - had to stand on edge of balcony to try to get a glimpse. Also, the front desk controlled the air conditioning and heat. They were good at changing it but very annoying that I had to go to the front desk (the telephone did not work) every time I wanted it warmer or cooler as the days were warm but the evenings were much cooler so it needed adjusted repeatedly. Also, the tv did not work either - would have been nice to catch the news especially the day it rained.

Was not sleeping due to the noise coming from the adjacent room and the front desk immediately made it right by giving me a suite that was away from all the others rooms.
