Room smelled, dirty carpet, sheets & towels were yellow and not many good places to eat inside.
Honestly hated it , will never return
Everything , we had so many issues from mobile check in to poor customer service from the ppl upfront , (frank) I think … had a really ugly attitude and was rude . The house keeping sucked and the manager to house keeping was kinda rude as well … when we checked out they accused and charged us for supposedly smoking in the room when that was complete bullshit because I would never allow smoke in a room with my 5yr old autistic child ! The room smelled like mold and wet carpet. After we requested for a room change we were not happy for the price we paid and the ugly view that we had of nothing but parking lot. I will literally never stay at this hotel again and I’m so disappointed in my stay and the staff.
