The rooms were clean and well appointed and the amenities in the dining area and lobby were very good. Beds were very comfortable.
There were issues that should have been caught before the room was occupied. No hot water in the sink: when you turned the faucet to hot no water at ll came out of the faucet. Unable to watch Netflix: got an error that the date and time on the TV were incorrect (and yes they were...TV was set to 3:30 AM, January 3, 2025 ; the true date was 6-3-2025) and no way to fix this in the settings menu.
As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we were amazed at how nice and clean the building and surroundings were.
That we had to leave. It was all perfect.
Breakfast was fine. Typical for a hotel complimentary breakfast. Room was large and attractive. Staff was extremely kind.
My bathroom walls, despite the hotel only being two years old, were not very clean. But otherwise, the hotel exceeded my expectations and was reasonably priced.
Very nice hotel, we will be back. The beds, the shower, the breakfast, even the TV was huge! Really nice place.
Breakfast was full buffet with multiple food choices. Property seemed relatively new and in new condition. Rooms were spartan at best , tight and short on space. Property very clean and staff friendly. Rooms rate overly expensive for type of room and locale
