Water-hammer in the pipes. Constant knock. Minor, but annoying. Called repeatedly about the insanely loud kids next door, Management did nothing to quell it. Seriously sad that an otherwise 5-star would allow that type of obnoxious thing to persist all week.
Proximity to downtown
Not worth the price. The only restaurant on site served basic food, small menu Room very tired
Location and view
Very expensive and poor coffee
Honestly - the whole place is great - but the food is not what I would expect coming out of a Ritz Carlton
The service in the restaurant was way too casual. Too long for quality checks, and server seemed less than enthusiastic about my asking questions about the menu items
Location
Staff was horrible
