Location, central & walking distance to shops, museum right next to this hotel, hotel aesthetics lobby looks nice, but it’s a whole different story when you get into your room
Old, outdated rooms, cracks on furniture, $250 a night not worth it, view of an old roof (6th floor), hotel was very empty would think they could of just gave us a better king room (unless the room we got was already a better one?) cold to warm shower (not hot), no toiletries at all (only hand wash & lotion pumps), no toilet seat handle (step on it with hard shoes on, do not attempt with socks or slippers, very small latch the size of a thumb) phone not working (called guest services for late check out & house keeping, informed them of the broken phone, got an attitude instead, wasn’t worth arguing since I’m already using my cell phone anyways, wished him a better day), valet only & it costs $50 every night, 1 out of 6 elevators working only
Nice room, the pool is great too, but the highlights was the food at the bar!
Pool was closed at some point, they should have just shared that at the moment of booking, not once you arrive.
Clean
Nothing
I was not informed that the pool was going to be closed for a private event the day of our stay we had booked 4 rooms and were planning to be at the pool i was really upset
