Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive

Staff was over the top on cleanliness, helpfulness. The view of the rocks (el arco) and ocean was amazing. Pools were helpful for us water creatures as beach swims were not an option.

room was hot as hell. AC maintenance not effective.Had to open front&balcony doors for relief. canNOT swim at this part of the beach, trekked up the cape closer into El arcoto finally get in the water.Pools need work w/ tiles falling off, pool bars= LOUD.

Staff was friendly, spoke great English, & they were constantly cleaning

Would like more food options

I was utterly disappointed that I had to call housekeeping more than 5 times for the duration of the trip to turndown the beds. The food was extremely disappointing and lacked flavor.

The hotel is a short cab ride to marina and town for excursions. Cappuccino cafe with daily espresso and the lobby bar were well appointed and had a great view. The ocean view from pool and the beach access is wonderful.

Not luxury hotel. American standards would be 3.5 star not 4. Room had musty smelly,dinged walls & uncomfortable mattress. Overlooked entertainment area very loud. "Restaurants" served the same food available also in buffet. Guests hold pool chairs at

I was not happy with their rules and regulations. Other family members had to stay elsewhere they were not allowed to visit cross or be onsite. I'll Never stay their again. Way over priced. "All Inclusive"? We were turn away from Steak Restaurant.
