Staff very friendly and helpful We had been upgraded which was lovely Location very good and transport to the klcc Suria mall and back to hotel Sky bar excellent

Could have a bit more lighting in the rooms. They rooms are quite dark at night

The location and the view of the twin towers were superb. the room was clean and comfortable. I like that we have free access to lounge

I wish there was a clearer description of how and where to park. I didnt realize that we had to take a ticket at the common gate for the convention center carpark and then enter the hotel carpark using that ticket. I had to drive out and go in again to do this after clarifying at the counter. There was only one shuttle buggy to klcc and we had to wait out in the hot sun after asking for pickup from klcc. I don't mind if it was just me, I prefer to walk but my elderly mom was with me too. There were also children of other families waiting together with us. So I hope this service will be improved in the future.

Good location and if you dont want to walk the golf buggy shuttle is a brilliant service.

Rooms need a refresh and the breakfast room and breakfast were disappointing.
