Every thing was perfect, the most important thing was the location And most importantly, the behavior of the staff with the hotel guests was very good and friendly.
Authorization deposit of Euro 250 by credit card, which will be returned after 2-3 days. This is really unethical and non professional demand.
Reception staff very helpful and friendly. All spoke good English which we were worried about before we arrived. We arrived early in the morning and staff offered to hold our bags and check us in to save time for later. When we checked in our room was already ready so given keys early which helped as I was travelling with my son. This helped us get settled before exploring Cologne. Great location from main train station which is easy to get too from the airport. Rooms were very quiet and clean. Good facilities and spacious for a twin room.
The price for the breakfast put us off. But we didnt go to see the quality to be fair.
