The front desk person fulfilled her job who was pleasant and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised she even asked how often housekeeping should check on the room. Our room was clean, with microwave and fridge which were functional and maintained. Warm breakfast to start the day is always good. We can use some variety, though especially if you stay for 5-7 days. Housekeeping did an excellent job. We asked for extra pillows and were in our room when we returned from dinner.

Wish you can add more parking spaces marked with "Hotel Guest Parking Space." It is usually hard to find parking during the weekends. There are some towels that need to be replaced with new ones. They have become thinner with constant use.

a few idiots who would drive around the parking lot in the evening blasting out very loud music, luckily they had all gone by 11pm. It was very expensive! Over $250 a night in total. But Hawaii seems an expensive place.

We loved the covered pool outside was perfect.. Our room was spacious ,bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very clean ,breakfast was good. Hotel was in a great location, was in a plaza and everything you need was right next door. Grocery store was also next door with already made meals unexpensive. Staff very friendly. Cant wait to go back. Loved hotel and hawaii .. best time ever
