Was greeted and staff was kind and helpful

The elevator was broken, the door wouldn't unlock

There was roaches in the kitchen and bathroom the stove broken and they never fixed it was forced to throw seats out dinner andfoid to cook for breakfast they never even did one thing to fix t after first telling me they over booked and almost didn't let me and my 8 year old boy check in worse experience eve

I really didn’t think there was anything positive about this place.

The staff invaded my privacy by entering the room without my consent. The manager was very disrespectful. The infestation of cockroaches was unsanitary and disgusting and sewer flies that bit my face causing big sores on my face was painful and quite inconsiderate. The smell and disgusting hallways were nasty needed to be vacuumed and the sink fixtures were corroded with black mold. The filthy floor underneath our bed had blood and it looked like feces smeared on the walls. Trash piled up for day’s rotting with a putrid stench. Smashed cockroaches on the walls in the hallways for weeks and drug paraphernalia on the stairs leading outside never picked up was dangerous. No pool access flooded laundry room and no screen on the window of my room was unacceptable and made me feel unsafe.

Nothing it was the worst

Everything, from booking to horrible staff

I don’t like anything about it. They were rude. It was Dirty. They canceled my reservation and I’ve never received my money back. It’s a shame this garbage.

There’s nothing there that I like the worst place to say where the staff is when it says control things in the center telling you if you had an occupation with one of my workers and we weren’t there that’s why you wanna put me out
