Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Philadelphia Airport

Staff was excellent! I booked my stay for the wrong night. The gentlemen at the front desk assisted me and was able to change the stay to what I needed. Fortunately for me I had only made reservations so that enabled him to make the changes. Nice size room, Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The gentleman that drove the shuttle to take me to the airport the next morning was really nice too!

Upon arrival at the airport, it took at least 45 minutes of calling before I was able to get someone on the phone to come pick me up at the airport and bring me to the hotel. Total time over an hour wait. The shuttle driver was really nice and made the ride to the hotel pleasant by telling me interesting things about Philadelphia. The carpeting needs replaced and vacuumed better. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of days. The rest of the room looked nice and clean.A young woman was beating on the door of the room across from mine. Yelling and beating on the door to be let in. It was almost midnight. I opened my door and told her to go to the front desk to call the room or get a room card. She came back again to the room, beating on the door and yelling. She finally gave up and left.

Easy parking and the airport shuttle.
