The ac broke

The view was the only good thing about our stay. we were on 11th floor and had an aerial view of doctors cave beach, the hip strip and surrounding areas.

Our check in process was awful. The receptionist told us he had an issue because he hadnt received the daily list for guests checking in. He said he would try and call someone but if they didnt have our details he couldnt help - not a great start. The entire complex is extremely tired and the decor is so dated. The entire shower tap came off the wall into our hands, the patio doors didnt have a lock, the entrance door lock seemed like it had been tampered with and the list goes on. The pics of rooms/condos used for this complex are nothing similar to the condo we stayed in. Thank goodness we only booked for one night.

What I payed for was most certainly not what was advertised or given. The apartment is NOT owned or operated by karl. It was advertised as able to fit up to 8 individuals, it was only able to accommodate 3. Every surface was dirty and poorly maintained from the entryway light to the bedroom, the kitchenette, the bathroom and the balcony. The bathroom is dirty, the faucets are broken and coming off the shower wall. The bathroom sinks are broken and has to be adjusted each time it's used. The towels we were given were old worn out dirty and breaking apart with each use so we spend another 15 to 20 minutes removing pieces of fabrics (not lint) from our bodies after taking a shower. Bed mattresses are old, worn out and difficult to sleep on. The linens on both beds are dirty and stained we had to go purchase new linens in town so we could get some rest. The bedside lamp between both beds was thick with dust and spiderweb. The door to the balcony broken difficult to open and impossible to close as the handle is non-existent and there is nothing to hold on to. The door once opened cannot be closed as it gets stuck half way on the sliding tracks because the track too is broken. And What is left of the lock is held together by a piece of black plastic bag. This posed a tremendous safety risk for my child whom is only 7 years old and we were on the 10th floor with a broken balcony door. A ceiling tile in the entryway is missing and replaced with a piece of wood or board that is now covered in black mold. The coffee maker is old and dirty with things growing out of it from its last use. The dish drainer is dirty, fifty, with brown things growing on its surface under the supposed clean dishes. The cupboards are filty with mice droppings inside and broken latches on the doors.

Close proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Firstly, this is not a club or Hotel!! The room was musty and the furnishings are very, very dated!! The a/c was loud and the air smelled like stale water!! THE TOILET WAS RENK AND THE SEAT WAS STAINED With what looked like feaces and urine!! I asked to be moved and was promptly told that no other room was available. I told the attendant that the toilet was unacceptable and that I would NOT sit on it!! I guess she called the owner and later that evening before I could find better accommodations she came back with a plumber and new toilet seat! THE NOISE FROM THE STREET was unbearable. 24/7 the music was blaring making sleeping almost impossible! The surroundings was stark except for the greenery that grows on the walls of the outside of the building. Safety was a huge concern for me... it may not be for others.

No information on breakfast, told take lift to 2nd floor that leads to the street where you can bye your food.

Not going back too dirty.

great location. just perfect for a short or long stay for 2 people. not flashy but its all a person needs. TV, AC, kitchen , bathroom .

the only thing is make early checkin a possibility especially when all a person does is pick up a key at the front desk .

It is near to the airport.

1. They are not organized. The person collecting the money from your credit card is not the owner of any apartment. 2 They collect your money and refused to inform the owner. 3. When I arrived at the property they tried to tell me that my credit card declined and they did not collect my money. If I didnt have proof of my payment I would sleep outside. 4. No reservation was made for me and my family after paying 309 usd for 4 nights. 5. The pictures displayed on the internet are not from that room that I paid for. 6. The room was dirty, saw a dead roach on the floor. 7. Only old furnitures in the room. Toilet and everything else are old. 8. I spent only one night and left early in the morning because of the condition of the room. 9. Its a disgrace to collect money for such a place. On top of that there is no avenue to ask for a refund. I sent a message to the number and they did not respond. I felt cheated. 10. This place is not even qualified to host locals for a night. They are deceiving people with beautiful pictures on the internet. Customer service is the worst. The lady that greeted us tried to help and also the security that was on duty I should have checked the reviews before I book this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
