Staff that we spoke to before trip was not knowledgeable about rooms and how many beds are in rooms or layout of rooms.
Beautiful views of the ocean.
Long wait times due to only one operating funicular down to the marina level. Marina level has the ferry and access to water park. Ferries were also out of operating and using a small boat in its place limited guest ability to go to Palomino Island.
Greta location, great room, clean, great amenities if they were working.
For the cost of the hotel, nothing was working. Only one tram was working to go to the pools which caused a long wait both ways. Only 1 small boat to palomino island which was the biggest disappointment bc thats their selling point. No reservations for 3
Great location
Couple broken things created a lot of congestion- funicular down to the marina and both Palomino island boats were broken. So it was super hard to get to the beach.
Location, amenities.
Id asked for a microwave when I booked, since I was traveling with a baby who needs to be fed frequently. I again called to confirm the microwave one week, and while checking in. But, they said after check in that they didnt have one, very disappointing.
The view from the room. The private island. The staff was accommodating to change the schedule for the island. We didn't even have to ask, very nice of them. The pools were nice and big. WiFi was consistent throughout the resort.
Did not like the wrist band door keys. The bars closed too early. Our door battery died at one point, causing a few trips to the front desk at midnight to get a new key until the dead battery was discovered. Security was nice and fixed it quick.
Beautiful waterfront location, multiple pool options, private island and beach. Food was exceptional, particularly at Bono and our service there was fantastic, hotel employee was amazing.
The property is enormous and signage to/from the various wings of the hotel to find our room was severely lacking. They need to do a better job indicating/marking/directing visitors to where they are trying to get to.
