We only booked this hotel because my children were staying here and we wanted to be close to them. I was surprised and pleased at how nice this everything was.. From the seaside views, the beautifully landscaped property, the proximity to town. The breakfast was excellent, as were the staff and the facilities. I enjoyed the indoor pool, spa, and sauna.
Everything was positive! Definitely would stay here again.
Great location, easy walk into town. Good breakfast, good room with a fabulous view.
Its a high end hotel close to the railway station.
Not much really. There isnt much choices for breakfast though.
location. Anna was super friendly in reception at checkout. The cleaner was very kind to my dog
breakfast was outside and attracts a lot of flies
Location was ok
Staff. The kitchen staff. The breakfast buffet manager was absolutely horrible. Came up to me whilst I was having my breakfast due to a mixup between themselves to tell me that I had to pay them 40 euro for the breakfast, A BUFFET BREAKFAST I NEVER HAD!!! infront of everyone. I was even charged the amount after telling them about the situation. No tact. Was terrible embarrassing. I spoke to the hotel manager who was just as horrible , he had no sympathy at all. I was actually crying not one of them came to check on me later on to see if I was ok. Only one of the staff ladies who was so lovely. The hotel is like empty in October! No pool staff no beach staff. Bunch of towels thrown there thats it. Your better off booking hotel Helios next door they look like they treat their clients a lot nicer.
Excellent facilities including gym, pools, spa, very nice helpful staff.
We had to leave !
