Days Inn by Wyndham Fallsview

Nothing was good.

We arrived at the place only to learn that we had been moved to a different location. We had specifically selected that location because someone in our group has a disability, and we needed to stay close to the venue we were attending. Instead, they relocated us across the city. There was no reasonable explanation, no compensation, just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. We were told to either accept the change or cancel our reservation on the spot. With no other options, we had to accept their terms to avoid being left without accommodation. As a result, we ended up paying extra for everything, including transportation to and from the event.

There was water leakage in the building, was not informed beforehand.

I liked the staff they were friendly and helpful

The water was continuously running and when I spoke with maintenance I felt dismissed and gaslit

Didn’t get to stay. They said they had maintenance issues and there was no room for me. I had to cancel on spot and find a new hotel.

I was forced out of my reservation and had no place to go but home on my honeymoon. all my money was on the credit card and stuck due to being charged when i got there.

The convenience of where it was!! Close to the Falls, and all the excitement. The front desk staff Giagam,Tammy Agatha. They sure made you feel right at home!! They were always a welcome sight, willing to go the “extra mile”to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable! Keep up your great “hospitality”, the world needs more caring people like you all !!!

My husband has long legs, and the toilet was too low for his comfort.
