Very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Staff was very friendly. Free parking and breakfast. Cozy being right next to the stream.

Our room #172 was continuously damp. I bought item which were put in a paper gift bag and sat on floor in evening. Picked up short time later and paper bag was very damp. Clothes we took out of suitcase got damp. Room is nice but something not right.
