Everything was good

They need better mattress the bed was very hard sleep on it after 5 hour of sleep you had to get up lots of back pain

The hotel is set in a beautiful position on the cliffs and all rooms have a sea view. Room was spacious and clean Pool was clean and again a lovely view out to the Pacific. Its a nice touch to have a pair of binoculars in the room to look for Whales and the sea birds

Nothing

The Elevator stopped working with my wife trapped inside the VERY SMALL elevator. It took 15 minutes to get someone to respond. The elevator alarm and call button were all not working - she had a panic attack, almost called 911. All the staff said was "Sorry". This is a serious safety violation. Clearly there is no legally required safety inspection. I suggest people avoid this property - there are MANY other good properties.

We got room by the lobby so it was very noisy starting 5/6am

Beautiful pool and location. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and we saw quite a few hummingbirds.

There were a lot of flies everywhere when you were outdoors for some reason.

Beautiful location right on the cliff top a stroll away from downtown Pismo Beach. We upgraded to a family suite which was amazing. Beds were so comfortable, room lovely and clean. Views second to none! Binoculars included in the room were a nice touch. We saw whales! Completely amazing.

Our shower didn’t work which was a shame, we used the bath.
