This hotel exceeded my expectations! It was as clean as can be and the location was great! It was not directly on beach but across the street. It included 2 chairs, an umbrella and towels. Of course there was the $39 resort fee!

Bed was horribly uncomfortable- Toilet didnt flush- water was luke warm for a shower- too much $ a night coupled with fees to experience what we did. If we didnt have a family emergency- we would have checked out anyway for the second night stay .
We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the hotel grounds.
No water pressure, loud air conditioner and dehumidifier in our room, toilet broken we had to fill the tank manually, and constantly attach the chain in the toilet.our room had a terrible odour as well. The consierge was curt at checkout.

The photos online of the pool area are a little misleading. There were no pillows on the chairs and the string lights didnt come on at night.

Unwanted charges on our credit card after we left. After trying to get in touch they tried to pretend we never stayed at the hotel and then later said it was because we emptied our mini bar (which we didnt). No chance to get our money back here and very rude staff. Very disappointed in this, especially because this used to be our favorite place to stay whenever we visited miami
