Didnt like the music at the roof top
Everything! The location was awesome we were right in the middle of where we wanted to be. The staff were accommodating and tried their best to make everything right. The rooms were clean and are exactly like the pictures. We will definitely stay again
CHECK IN!!!! We arrived at 3:00 pm one of our rooms wasn’t ready until 3:45. The other room wasn’t ready until 4:30 and when we got to that room it wasn’t the King room we had reserved. Darryl at the front desk immediately fixed the issue and by 5 we were in our room. I think they need a better system when it comes to housekeeping and selecting the rooms.
The location!
The vibe, the crowd, the rooftop
Great location, nice choice of two breakfast places that were comped to inclusive rate
Having a rooftop bar closed to private events, and the one time we could go, the cocktail/ drink choice was very limited and not good value for money. Also room not being ready when we were told it would be and having to wait 2 more hours wasnt fun.
The hotel itself is very centrally located, and is easy to get to. The rooms were decorated nicely and were very clean. The bathroom is spacious and there is a little vanity table with a lighted mirror which is great.
The noise from outside the hotel (and even from within the hotel) is not something we could overlook about this hotel. It is RIGHT next to the train and you can hear it very loudly each time it passes, as well as any cars playing loud music, etc. You can also hear your neighbors in their bathrooms. Our room was across from the elevators - and we knew each time someone arrived on the floor. During the day it doesn't matter as much, but we would not have been able to sleep if we did not have our white noise machine with us. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is NOT for you.
Great sized rooms, amazing location and friendly staff
Housekeeping didn’t come on the third day and sheets were a little bit stained but overall room was great and towels were clean etc.
