Hotel Zoso

Location.

Nothing open. Not entirely cheap for that time of year especially with nothing open

It was quiet, and the location was great. We could walk to most of our destinations and restaurants. The Car Valet team was great and helpful.

Large and clean rooms and we liked the patio going out to the pool. It is strange though you can hear everything from your neighbors through the walls.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with plenty of space, very quiet, with a spectacular view of the mountains. The staff are friendly, smiling and ready to help.

There were no water bottles to drink in the room. The access road to the lobby was not well signposted. It would have been great if they had included something to eat (donuts, muffins, bananas, apples, etc) and drink (orange juice and coffee) in the lobby in the morning.

The best thing about this hotel is a proximity to downtown. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, coffee inside the room.

Compulsory valet parking. I don’t like that because I’d like to get in and out of my car when I feel like it. Also, very difficult to find stairwell and the staff was of no help. Not all of us like to take elevators up one or two flights of stairs. the hotel could use an update as well – it’s starting to look pretty rundown and dirty mostly outside.
