The staff were amazing, everyone was helpful and smiling; they couldn’t do enough for you! The facilities in the room were good too just wish you would shout more about the things you do to be more sustainable- like the fact you get discount for reusing towels etc. such a great incentive but we only saw the sign on our last day completely by accident. The reception area is very contemporary and the bar area is lovely!
The rooms were slightly outdated, the beds slightly small. But the room was a very good size for the three of us and the views were amazing!!!
The location is right in the heart of downtown with easy access to the riverwalk.
I guess I should have expected this but everything has extra fees. $25 a day automatically added on for “luxuries” like internet access and complimentary coffee/tea from 5am-6am (not a typo).
Nothing
This was a terrible situation I booked the hotel @11:50 for a stay that night. When Claudia Gregory arrived, they said there was no reservation even though she showed the confirmation from Booking.com They turned her away and she had to sleep in her car with her 6 year old son. When she woke up at 5AM she was charged $756 for a room and given a late check out of 1 pm. I booked this reservation so I complained about the situation to the manager and he said that when a room was booked late that the system resets and you can not check in until 3AM which is ridiculous I do not intend to pay booking.com and I expect a credit for future stays due to stress and danger exposed to Claudia. I expect to be contacted by Booking.Com. Chris Thompson 248 882 4140
Good place
To be expensive, the price is something crazy
I liked the elavators. The floor we were on, the view from our room.
Room service cleaning my room. And the bed was not soft at all.
