Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, good views from the room, elevators were very fast and efficient, location is very convenient for most downtown and the hotel can be reached easily on public transport from the airport (15-20 minutes walk from the blue line station.) The room had a good working space and a comfortable chair to relax in. Everything was clean and comfortable.
There's an additional charge that they put on the room which gives 'free' wifi as well as access to some services and credit for the bar. However, I didn't use any of these services so it wasn't good value for me. They didn't explain at Check In whether this was voluntary or not. This should have been made clearer.

At check in, staff told us Booking.com messed up our reservation and they did not have us arriving that day but week after. Staff told us to wait. They finally sorted it out after a 20 minute wait, Still this SHOULD NOT have happened. Either the hotel or Booking.com is at fault, we do not know. Although we were happy with room size, view, location and facilities of hotel, we were not pleased that on the third day we came back to our room which was not made up - beds were still in a mess etc. When we told the staff they just commented they were short staffed and offered a USD10 credit but didn't even bother to offer to make the room up. We felt the staff were not friendly at all even from the first day when we had issues with the booking.
The staff was so friendly and the hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. My family travels a lot, and this was a great facility.
I wish it still had a pool.
The view, the bed, the shower, bathroom and tub. Cozy, comfortable and clean.
Our room needed new carpet. The coffee pot really needs to be replaced by a Keurig, if you want the guest to feel welcome get a Keurig and a better working TV remote.
