I loved the fact that this hotel and casino is smoke free.! Had numerous slots. Our bed was comfortable. Had no issues getting what I needed. Staff was mostly very professional and accommodating I loved our meal at Ramseys.!. Loved our sandwich at Earl of Sandwich!
Did not offer a veteran discount-was told later that you have to apply for one online. Slot machines hardly paid off-very tight!
Walk in shower, comfortable king bed, big tv and valet parking. Like having a fridge and coffee maker. The staff and housekeeping are friendly, helpful and accommodating
No cleaning of the rooms. Having to call housekeeping for fresh towels and coffee. Finding parking can be tough.
The room was very clean, up to date and comfortable.
The food was a bit pricey. We went to the Gordon Ramsey kitchen for dessert. Our server was very good and attentive her name was Holly. Though the person doing the seating initially told us 15 minutes which then turned into an hour.

Rooms a/c was random going on and off. First, it would be cold when it was on then it would be hot when it was off.
