I recently returned from Civana Wellness Resort and Spa, and it was an amazing experience of self-discovery and renewal. This journey was all about awakening a new sense of spirit, finding balance, harmony, alignment, and a sense of renewal to heal and restore my mind, body, and soul. And, Civana checks all of the boxes! I enjoyed sunrise yoga, desert hiking, cold water therapy, organic clean foods, walking meditation, and sound baths. The hiking with the staff was fantastic, and the massages were incredible. The resort's rooms are beautiful, the views are spectacular, and the food was delicious. The friendly and accommodating staff made the stay even more enjoyable. Civana is perfect for a solo retreat, girls' trip, or couples' getaway. I highly recommend it for a transformative and rejuvenating experience.
