location was great,staff were wonderful and the bed was super comfortable.

musty smelling room, facility needs updating, ants in bathroom, tub only drained when the shower was on, and people on fire escape right outside our bathroom window which needed to be open when showering due to poor ventilation.

Nice room, valets charged my e car each night! Pool was nice, if a little small. Close to Butterfly Beach.

Extra money automatically charged for food I didnt want. Food was mediocre and overpriced in the restaurant. We came to SB partly to check out different restaurants. Didnt want to pay for a restaurant that we had no interest in.

The pool area is dated and could use an update.

Restaurant is very good. All staff are excellent and very willing to accommodate needs, answer questions. Location very good.

We were very disappointed in the rooms- especially for the price. They are in dire need of updating- frayed bed frames- can see padding underneath- looks 20 yrs. old- worn dressers. Very small bathrooms but we managed.

Room 214 was very small (250 sq ft), minimal decor, totally outdated, temperature was 90 degrees inside and overall felt like a prison cell. Window would not lock and view was of roof old rusted A/C units! Bathroom was old and very small. No sink space and small toilet near wall! All this for over $500 per night! Only positive was Staff who were very nice. Value for money is terrible. Will never return.

Liked the way they made a unique older property nice. I liked the valet parking which gave excellent service. Our room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed.

Would have been nice to have a coffee/tea maker in the room
