I was very disappointed for the duration of my stay and will not be returning to this location until renovations and improvements are made.

The lady that attempted to check us in was very rude and not knowledgeable about the Hilton charges.shower,bathroom sink,and bar sink had a slow drain,furniture in the room was old and falling apart.and many other issues that were never resolved.

I had a place to store my items because the bed was uncomfortable and there were more issues unresolved.

On 2.12.24 at around 10:12 am Steve Holm took my receipt and said he would reverse parking charge of $34 and I would see a credit on my account. He said he would do this because I explained there was mold in the bathroom, no one ever fixed the light in

Breakfast was great. Clean rooms.Staff showed excellent hospitality.Everyone from the front desk, cleaning, valet and the whole kitchen staff especially manger Susie. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location: a bit far from the strip. Except it is a diamond in the rough.

Never been to a worse embassy suites hotel than this. Ive been loyal to the brand and this took me by surprise. Everything is dated and staff and service was the worst. I asked for refilling the shampoo and conditioner two days straight and no one came.

Everything. From smelling carpet to torn shower curtain to a manager that never called me back. I dont think they are even paying their staff properly.
