Great location to explore Taormina, very friendly and accommodating staff.

The breakfast zone was too busy even at 7am. They really need to invest in more coffee machines. The room provided was next to the outside lift so a lot of the view shown on the website was not visible. When booking request a room to the right side of the lift looking towards the sea.

We didn't only come to Taormina for Taormina. We also came to see this concrete architectural beauty. The friendly receptionist explaind us everything about the history of the hotel and sent us literature via email as well. Every architects dream!

Great location, staff, pool and views

Lower fees and make hotels charge resort fees/city taxes etc up front, instead of hiding their total cost. Its unfair to search for hotels from low to high pricing when the total paid after checkout is much higher. This is allowed to occur too much

Steps to get to it

Swimming pool was clean, plenty of beds, overlooking the ocean

Some of the Staff were rude and unhelpful. The bar closed at 10,00 pm. The breakfast was not good. The food at the pool bar was dreadful

Views. Asked to be moved from first apartment as 2/3s of view blocked by wall between balconies. The lady on reception moved us to another room right on the edge was better but just okay, room dated and basic and small.

View. Staff do basic assistance. You arrive, carry your own bags to room. One tiny glass elevator that stopped working on second day there. So you had to use service elevator. But more importantly was expensive for what you got, AUD500/night and the second night we were there if I had rebooked would have been AUD253 per night! Would Not book through Booking.com again without comparing other sites!!!
