Staff was not helpful, and property didn’t seem well maintained or clean kind of had an odor to it

Clean restroom and bed.

Dirty floors in the dinning room.

the room was clean but the pillows had a smell refrigerator was making noise

front and side door not working well

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They ensured we were comfortable. Our room was very clean, and it was upgraded free of charge. The continental breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing was that our room was out of bodywash.

No room service and breakfast was served too early

Good location.

Smelt like wet dog, pool and hot tub closed to early, first night out room was very outdated. Last two our room was good. Not having a housekeeper was odd but for our short trip it was ok. Shuttle needs to run earlier and later.
