It was clean, staff was friendly and drinks at Top of Mark were good.
We got an upgrade to a junior suite, which seems awesome but it was not. When it was time to sleep we realized that we were right next to the elevator shaft. We could hear elevators all night. It was AWFUL.
Bathroom kind small but very clean, especially the bathtub. Staff are very friendly.
The location is great, in a safe area, 50m from the cable car stop, in walking distance from Chinatown. The concierge team is amazing, having always great suggestions.
The housekeeping: not giving the right number (1 per person) of towels, cups, and coffee. One mattress was broken in the room, it was impossible to use that bed. The room was small.
Location
Pedestal sink in bath room, no counter space except small glass shelf, immediately next to toilet created risk of dropping something into toilet.
I thought the staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved how the hotel paid tribute to it's past with the museum.
The prices were high at the Nob Hill Club restaurant, but I'm sure it takes a lot to run the restaurant.
Beautiful and great location
Nothing comes to mind
