I love the location and the views. They are amazing.
The bathroom is a bit tight but it's a older hotel so I understand.
Dog friendly! Dog treats. Lovely hotel. Good seating space in lobby and room behind. Prime location at top of Nob Hill. Very comfortable room. Friendly housekeeping staff. Noon checkout. Was able to check in at 2 instead of 3, for no charge.
Coffee in lobby would be a bonus, although I could make it in the room so that was fine. It would have been $50 to check in before 2, but was still able to check in at 2 (early) for no charge.
Loved Tony the bell hop! He was so friendly and helpful! Went to bar on the Rooftop...great view! Excellent dessert and wine!
The parking was ridiculously expensive! We didn't pay the $ 88 valet per day instead the $ 60 per day public parking next door. Parking at the hotel should be free and included in the price!!
This hotel is in a great location on top of Nob Hill, so easy to find and to get trams from outside. It is an old building, which has character, but is well looked after and the rooms are comfortable. The Top of the Mark is a great venue for cocktails and appetisers overlooking the city. Breakfast was excellent.
I arrived Easter Sunday evening. The hotel is beautiful! San Francisco old world charm at its best. Check in was easy, I had a lovely room and it was perfect for me
Everything was perfect!
The location was perfect. It was fun to stay at a historic hotel. Bed was very comfortable.
It’s showing its age.
