As soon as you walk in the hotel smells lovely and looks very comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The spa is beautifully peaceful and lots of relaxing places. A great variety of foods and breakfast including gluten free bread.
The kitchen was a little slow of an evening. I understand people like to eat leisurely but it took 3 hours for us to have our meal. We had climbed up the highest peak in Poland this day we just wanted fed so we could go rest!
Hotel is really close to the main street in zakopane, they have really nice reception workers and also beautiful spa.
Good location and friendly and helpful staff. Very good and rich breakfast.
Its not a real 5 star hotel, rather 4 stars. No coffee machine in your room, but poor instant coffee. We were with baby and our room was located in a place where you had to climb stairs each and every time with the push chair, which was not at all convenient for such a place, although we have signaled at the reservation that we will go there with a baby (and the place was not at all full).
