The woman at reception was lovely very friendly and helpful and welcoming

The bath had hair in it there was yellow pee looking stains in the bath and a big big sticker in the bath that had been ripped off and that was yellow too there was a blood stain on the sheets. The sheet for the bed didn’t fit and had to keep putting it pack on the bed over all very poor place for the money.

The place was clean and the bed comfy

The hotel needs some TLC and updating throughout. Also having to pay £15 parking when already paid £275 for two nights

I've never paid extra for the use of a window.! Room was damp, shabby and windowless. Poor value

When needed, the staff were helpful.

Our room smelt a bit mouldy and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Both my husband and I woke with a sore back during the night. We hadn’t breakfast included but there was no option for this and the staff didn’t offer it at check in.
